Hi, I am Tania — where East meets West.

My life and work have taken me across Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Living between cultures — and life itself — has taught me a great deal about humility. I have learned that people can look at the same landscape and see something entirely different. Not because one is necessarily right and the other wrong, but because we each see from where we stand.

It has deepened my curiosity about perspectives different from my own and taught me the importance of listening, seeking to understand, and staying open to what I may not yet see.

Over time, courage, compassion and humility have become values close to my heart. They shape how I try to meet the world and the people around me — and how I try to stay present to what matters and what might be possible.

I have also come to feel at home in the space between different worlds — between cultures, perspectives and ways of seeing.

Many of the leaders I work with operate in that space too. They lead across countries, cultures and organisational boundaries, and sometimes value having a thinking partner who is both familiar enough to understand their world and different enough to see it from another angle.

Fluent in Arabic, English, French and German, I can meet some clients in their own language while still bringing a perspective shaped by a life lived across cultures.

What I believe about coaching

I believe people are capable. And I believe we do not have to do everything alone.

The more senior you become, the fewer places there can be where you do not have to have the answer, hold the position, reassure others or know what comes next.

Coaching can be one of those places.

You bring what matters — a decision you are wrestling with, a conversation that needs to happen, a relationship that is not working as you would like, or simply something you know needs your attention.

What you can put down, for a moment, is the expectation that you should already know the answer.

You can think out loud. Be heard without judgement, met with empathy, and challenged with curiosity about what else might be possible.

Sometimes that means seeing something you had not seen before. Sometimes it means recognising what you already knew but had not yet trusted. And sometimes it opens a possibility you had not considered.

I see coaching as a partnership: a place to think, to be supported, to explore what is possible — and to see more clearly what you might want to do next.

Experience that shapes my work

I have spent more than 20 years working with leaders and organisations across Europe, Asia and the Middle East — first from inside organisations, and later as an Executive and Team Coach and leadership development facilitator.

My years in corporate leadership gave me first-hand experience of organisational life — the competing priorities, different stakeholders, complexity and responsibility that come with getting things done through and with others.

That experience still shapes how I work today. I understand leadership not only from the coaching room, but from having sat on the other side of the conversation too.

My work has taken me across sectors including manufacturing, finance, technology, energy, government, media, pharmaceuticals and healthcare.
