EXECUTIVE COACHING

A different conversation can change what you see.

When the way you have been looking at something is no longer getting you where you want to go, a different conversation can open another perspective.

And sometimes, that is where movement begins.

A Different Conversation

This is not another conversation where you need to have the answer.

It is a conversation where you can slow things down, think out loud, question what you have come to assume, and look at the situation from angles that can be difficult to see from inside it.

Sometimes that confirms what you already know. Sometimes it challenges it. And sometimes something entirely different becomes possible.

A thinking partnership

My starting point is simple: people are capable.

A thinking partnership creates room to look at something together, without the pressure to already have the answer.

I listen closely, stay curious and offer challenge, while keeping the conversation close to what matters to you and what might be possible.

Because what you see changes what you do.

An independent space

Seniority can narrow the number of places where you can think completely openly.

There can be value in having a thinking partner outside your organisational system — someone who is not part of the relationships, expectations or politics surrounding the situation.

A place to say what you are really thinking. Explore what you are unsure about. Test a perspective before you take it into the room.

Our conversations are confidential and grounded in clear agreements about how we work together.

Is it worth a conversation?

You do not need to know whether coaching is the answer.

If something has been taking your attention for a while and you would value a different conversation about it, let’s talk.
